Shotokan Karate is a self-defense art, utilizing striking, blocking, kicking, throwing and balance disruption techniques. Our classes consists of conditioning/stretching, basic techniques, kata and breathing/energy. Shotokan is more than just a martial art – it’s a lifestyle that aids improved cardio, energy and confidence. We’re not a fight club. We’re a family of real people; Students, Nurses, services workers and IT professionals, all working together to reach personal goals.
